1. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE PRODUCT?

Fresh ostrich meat is six weeks from the date of production when stored at less than 2 degrees Celsius Frozen ostrich meat has a recommended shelf life of one year.

2. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No there isn't a minimum order, but we do recommend that no less than 5kg is purchased at any one time as there is a freight cost per box. The freight cost depends on the area.

3. HOW IS THE PRODUCT PACKED?

All our product is vacuum packed and labelled with our brand label TAJO OSTRICH and a best before date.

4. HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Product is delivered by refrigerated transport every Wednesday and Friday except on public holidays.

5. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PLACE AN ORDER?
